Where Water Meets the Land

6 Week Class - 6:00 to 8:00pm
Starting Wednesday April 20, 2016

In this class all photographs will be made along the shore of Lake Michigan or any of the rivers that empty into Lake Michigan.  Images can be of people or nature or both.  We explore the dynamics of photos made with water and/or land as the main element.

When possible we will shoot during class time – either at the beginning or end.  Each day we’ll critique images and discuss possibilities of shooting along the shore.  By limiting your choices we encourage you to see more possibilities.  The old adage “Less Is More” applies to this class.  With your parameters being limited your mind will allow you to make better images.

With access to miles and miles of shoreline along the southwest coast of Michigan you’ll have many different options to choose from: sandy beaches, woods, dunes, cliffs, etc.

DURATION: 6 Weeks

COST: $195  /  Discount for Box Factory Members
